  • All sales from Picobe Collection, or PicobeCo, are considered final and non-refundable due to the pre-owned nature of our pieces. PicobeCo does not accept returns or exchanges. It's important to note that altered and customized items are non-refundable under any circumstances. Uncompleted layaway items are non-refundable; however, certain items may be eligible for store credit - Please refer to our Layaway Guidelines for more information. We encourage you to thoroughly review all provided photos and videos before making a purchase, as they serve as a detailed description of the item. All items are pre-owned (unless specified otherwise) and may exhibit delightful signs of wear corresponding to their age. These characteristics are indicative of a well-loved piece.     • Picobe Collection accepts orders through Instagram messages. Many items are initially posted and sold on Instagram (@picobeco) before being listed on the website. For more frequent updates, please check our social media accounts. All messages receive responses in chronological order. When you place an order through social media, the item is reserved for the client for ten minutes to allow time for payment (unless specified otherwise) following a claim to purchase. It is important to note that regular inquiries about an item do not guarantee a hold on that item. Thank you for understanding!
